[Theme: Ken] Full width slide down menu

I’m using a theme called ken (http://artbees.net/themes/ken-demo/)
but I need to change the menu to work like on http://www.mowo.lu
Can i do this with simple css or is there some other way i could achieve this menu to appear as horizontal list and to stay also whithout hover (click on parent, submenu appears and stays)
