    Hello all,

I have a huge problem with my site. I downloaded and installed the Divi theme from Elegant Themes. Also installed Woocemmerce and everything is up and running.

However, my “Shop” page (installed automatically by Woocommerce) DOES NOT obey the Full Width visual from the theme. It is centered and with huge margins on both sides.

I have tried everything and the CSS file is too big. I cannot fuind anything. I also changed the general settings from the Theme options from “Side bar” to “Full width”. It won’t budge… I am a beginner and don’t know what else to do :/

Could anyone PLEASE help me? The URL is magnetman.de/shop

By contrast, also visit the “Home” page and you will see that the full width is working fine..

I am really stressed and sad here. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

    Paulo

As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
