FullCalendar plugin navigation not working

    Trying to use FullCalendar plugin with eventsmanager. I’ve tried so many different settings but the top navigation for dates, categories etc doesn’t look any thing like the demo. Cannot figure out what is wrong. Can anyone have a look and advise me?
