Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time error

I understand there are multiple tickets in regards to this error but I’m getting it on every site that I manage and it’s been ongoing for over a year! Seeing at it’s WordPress themselves that made/maintain this plugin I would’ve thought the errors would be fixed by now…

Any ETA on when this will be addressed and fixed?

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the heartbeat-control domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
