and do this all to false like here:

define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false );
This method will help you first till they fix the problem!

@smailove this is the support forum specific to the WPCode plugin and we issued an update that addresses this issue in relation to the WPCode plugin, updating WPCode to the latest version will stop this notice from being thrown for the WPCode plugin.
If you are seeing this notice in relation to other plugins those will have to also be updated separately.
@andreparent1960 you can download the latest version of WPCode at any time on this page: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
If you can’t login to the admin I suggest first disabling WP_DEBUG as posted above and that should allow you to login if this is the issue due to which you can’t login.

Well. I haven’t play in the php for a long time and aynatural59 solution isn’t working for me…
Actually, I don’t have insert-headers-and-footers plugin on my site, but I have the exact error message…Have any idea what else could make that message error ?
@andreparent1960 I have the same issue and I don’t have this plugin neither. I believe that new version of WP 6.7 started causing this problem for many users regardless of the plugin
