The function mentioned in the error message does not exist in the mentioned file. Which WordPress version do you use? I assume it is the current 6.1.1, but I am not sure. If it is this version, I would recommend a re-installation. To do this, go to Updates and click on the Re-Install button. Don’t worry: this will only re-download the WordPress core files. Of course, it would always be advisable to make a backup beforehand.

This looks like a hacked installation. I would recommend you to delete all files as well as the database and use an existing backup for the new setup. Once you have this set up, install any pending updates and also use a security plugin. Also change all access to your hosting.
