Functionality missing

    I received this message under the contact form details:

    “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing.”

    What could be wrong?

    Hi @richellelucas

    If you could visit the Contact Form > Settings > Support tab, and check the checkbox shown there, that’ll reveal a normally hidden “Debug log” menu item that will have some error logs that we can review to see what has happened. Paste the results here, if they’re not too long, or we can provide an email address to send the logs to as well.

    Looks like there was an issue back in the start of January around connectivity. If things have been working since then and you’ve been receiving signups, this should be able to be disregarded for the time being.
