Functionality not working

    Hi,

    Two pieces of functionality is not working when I created a poppup for our website landing page.

    1) Poppup events delay
    I have set the delay to 10 seconds and when I saved and refreshed my page it still loaded immediately (Screenshot here)

    2) Subscribe colour
    I have set the colour to blue and the live preview shows that it is updated (see attachment). However, when I reload my webpage it still shows the default green

    Please can you assist with these 2 issues.

    Dear @picflick,

    1. Please, make sure there’s no additional Event line in your popup settings, without any delay. It’s possible that your popup opens immediately, because there’s a second line of the On load event, without a delay.

    2. The reason for the color not saving on your live site may be your website theme styles. They may be affecting our plugin styles not letting to display the correct color.
