Functions no longer working after server switch

    After my sponsor switch my websites server a lot of functions of sportspress stopped working.

    1. All the player lists no longer work, new ones don’t work either.
    2. Clicking on the calendar not longer shows a preview of events.

    I don’t want to uninstall it and re-install because I have 2 years of player and event stats on my site.

    Please help!

    Can you share more info like link to your site and screenshots with the settings of player lists that are not working?

    Hi @savvasha ,

    Thank you so much for responding, sorry it took me a week to get back to you.

    So everything seems to work great till I go to preview or click the link that will take you to the page. Here are a couple screenshots, the last one is how it is supposed to look.

    What setting are you using for your permalinks?

    Next thing to try is to disable all your plugins except SportsPress and see if the issue is gone. If the issue still persists then try to switch to a default theme like Rookie or Twenty-twenty. Remember to clear your cache every time.

    At the moment it is set to Post name.

    I am using the rookie theme.

    Maybe there is a miscommunication with your new server settings then? Open a ticket with them to give it a look.
