    Hello.

    My problem us when i login to my account, or edit user or want to reset password appears this message: link to images.

    Can you help me please?

    Hi @vlcina,

    1. How have you installed the plugin?
    2. What is the PHP version on your site?
    3. Is the server working on *nix or Windows?
    4. Can you try to reinstall the plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn repository?

    Hello @slava Abakumov,
    1. I just downloaded here, upload via FileZilla and activate.
    2. PHP version is 5.5.38, but I can easily change it to 7.2.
    3.It’s Linux.
    4.You think ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins?

    4. Yes, go to Plugins in your wp-admin area, remove the current WP Mail SMTP that is installed and activated on your site. Go to the Add New subpage under Plugins, search for WP Mail SMTP and install and activate it again. Proceed to plugin settings (Settings > WP Mail SMTP) and set it up, if not done, all settings should be preserved though.
