Hey there. I have two custom themes I developed a while back where I tried to install your plugin and the popups are not working. Is there a jQuery library or jquery UI or CSS bootstrap file that should be loading on the page to help the popups appear?

The two sites in question are willhull.com and hullabaloostories.com where the popups are not loading.

Can you please supply which files should be loading for the popups and form submissions to work properly?

    Thanks,
    Will

There are no additional files your theme should be running.
Everything should be coming from the plugin.

Okay. Do you know why the popups in the footer of the site and when you click on the Privacy Preferences button (using your shortcode [gdpr_preferences text=”Privacy Preferences”]) don’t yield a popup? Is there a conflict with jQuery or something causing it to happen? I am viewing the “Console” in my inspector and it doesn’t show anything amiss or even happening when I try the button (https://willhull.com/policies at the bottom is where the button resides).

Oh, by the way, I am using another plugin to show the terms/conditions popup at the moment until I get this plugin’s conflicts resolved.

Should I put a noConflict in there somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Will
