functions.php file

Hi there,
I have been trying to fix the problem of a blank page upon loading of my site, which runs evolve, and I tried a fix that required modifying the functions.php file. I forgot to make a backup, and my modification broke the site. Can anyone provide me with a copy of this file, or paste in the proper syntax so I can fix my error? Many thanks!
