functions.php not working after moving

I just migrated my site from localhost to live server. But it seems like a new installation, my custom post types, taxonomies are not there.

The pages and posts i had are still present.

Javascript’s also not working in theme, so i guess the problem is in function.php file.

Has anyone faced this?
