function/widget to dynamically add new textbox fields?

Hi there,
My form contains a field to enter attendees and I’d like to include a ‘+’ (plus sign) next to the field so that the user can add additional fields if needed (adding as many attendees as they’d like). How can I do this? And advice, code snippets appreciated.
I’ve just started with Ninja forms and it seems awesome so far. Thanks!
