Some of the updates for the next version are available in the development release and version 1.2.5 should be officially released within the next week. I’ve been a bit tied up at the old day job and haven’t had a chance to test everything out yet.
Officially Car Demon does not support multi-site installs. But unofficially I haven’t found any problems with it. I’d love to hear if anyone else is using it like that and if they’ve encountered any issues.

I didn’t figure out what is the Mobile Theme you recommend.Probably Twenty Thirteen is not exactly the best for Car Demon?

I found that if I work on Twenty Twelve I don’t have any problem with the plugin.
To report :
Car Demon is working on a multisite installation and there is a possible problem with Twenty Thirteen.

Thanks for the report on twenty thirteen. I haven’t had a chance to play with it yet, but I have been working on some flat designs that might look nice on it. I’ve also been playing around with some different responsive designs.
We’re testing them now and refining them for public release. I can’t give a solid date, but I can tell you the testing is going well so I hope it will be soon.
