ga code not in head, cannot connect to Search Console

Hi, I’m using Google Analyticator for my website to connect to Google Analytics. After success, I try to link the GA account to Google Search Console, and GSC gives me this error:
“The Google Analytics tracking code on your site is in the wrong location. You can verify site ownership with the asynchronous snippet placed in the <head> section of your home page.”
Does this plugin place the code in the <head>?
