    Hi,

I dont receive real time data from my balise GA with Woo integration plugin. I tried to disable all plugin, theme and caching. I cannot see real time navigation.

Google say that balise doesn’t appears in many pages.

  • Hi @sevun

Thanks for reaching out and I understand that you’re unable to see realtime data on Google Analytics. Sometimes, the Google Analytics integration issues are due to settings within Google Analytics itself or the way the tracking code is inserted on your site.

To start, please ensure your Google Analytics tracking code (also referred to as the “tag” or “balise”) is correctly entered in the Google Analytics for WooCommerce integration settings. Double-check for any typos or missing characters.

Also, it’s essential to verify your Google Analytics property settings to ensure that the default view is set up to track all data, and no filters are accidentally excluding the real-time data.

For reference here’s a documentation that can help: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi

I have no filter. If I tested the code it works but no feed on my GA account.

However it appeared after last Woo update and plugin. I add to disable and enable again all plugin in order it reconnect. So probably a script of one/several plugin where blocking.

I stopped to work by itself

    Thank for helping
