Hi

I see many topics about this. I use Complianz BUT:

If I disabled all plugin except WC & Google Analytics for WooCommerce. I can’t see data. So I’m not sure that Complianz is the only one responsible for not uploading data from Google Analytics for WooCommerce

Could you provide update?

I installed WP Consent API doesn’t help

I browse from US Works. So clearly there is an issue most likely with Complianz

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please share the version of your Google Analytics for WooCommerce and your current active theme?

Also, could you please try only having the two plugins active with a default theme like Storefront to see if you’ll get different results?

Google Analytics for WooCommerce Version 2.1.1 Google Analytics for WooCommerce Version 2.1.1 & Flatsome 3.19.0

Same result with Storefront and all plugin disable apart WC and WooCommerce Version 2.1.1 Google Analytics for WooCommerce Version 2.1.1

I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs and Google errors (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and Google errors.

I dont have Fatal error and Google errors only related to google-listings-and-ads. Nothing about Google Analytics for WooCommerce

Hi @sevun,

As I understand you’re using Complianz and it is not fully working yet. If you’re using the free Complianz plugin, this code snippet can be used to ensure compatibility. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes, please?
