    Hello,

I’m not sure if I should be posting here, but I’m having a problem after upgrading to GA4.

When I compare the results with the earlier version — UA — they are different. In GA4 they are even several times lower than in UA. Of course, we are talking about the same day, week or month. Have I implemented the code wrong through the plugin?

    Hi @mcnpnkt,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I visited your website and can see tracking is working as expected.

The difference in numbers between your UA property and GA4 property is likely based on how each property type manages metrics. It’s expected that the data tracked and reported by UA and GA4 won’t exactly match with each other. For a full detail of the differences, you can check out Google’s guide here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11986666

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
