Please note that it may be a conflict with other Plugins and Theme. Please deactivate all the Plugins and change the Theme, and see if it works properly. If there is not any issue, please activate other plugins one by one, and see which causes the problem.

Thank you. The issue was not associated with another plugin, but Photo Gallery works when switching back to a default template. Photo Gallery worked with our custom template up until the most recent plugin or wordpress update. We have not made any updates to the code of our custom template in a year.
Are there new requirements to make the plugin compatible with the existing template?

We’ve checked this issue on your website. Turns out, wp_footer() WordPress standard function was missing from footer.php file. The team has added it and the problem was resolved.
