Galleries with default images

    Hi there, I have a problem with galleries inserted in translated posts. The problem is, that if I insert gallery tag pointing to the original language gallery, the gallery images are shown in edit gallery tab but when viewing the translated page/post the images and gallery is not shown.

    [gallery id="151"] – not showing ind translated posts, I am SURE that the original language post id is 151 😉 the gallery is not rendering at all

    WPv: 3.6.1

    define(PLL_MEDIA_SUPPORT, false) and UNchecked ‘Activate languages and translations for media’.

    Does it work if you de-activate Polylang?

    define(PLL_MEDIA_SUPPORT, false) is not useful anymore since the control has been given to the option in Polylang settings.

    Yes, it works while the plugin is deactivated.

    Now i tested it also with ids of attachments and it works fine, but still if I add only [gallery id="xxx"] it does not work. Strange, ain’t it? Just like if polylang still filter the language of attachments.

    The problem should be fixed now in development version (1.1.5.2) You can download it from http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/polylang.zip

    Sorry. Maybe you downloaded it a bit too fast. I just improved the fix. Please re-download it.
