Gallery and Permalink issues

    Hi Greg,

    I have a couple odd issues I’m trying to resolve…

    1) https://cdaonline.org/my-account/edit-account/
    Sometimes this page produces a 404 error. Saving on the PERMALINK page always fixes it. Just wondering if you have any thoughts on why this might be occasionally getting dropped.

    2) Gallery images (for an Ad) are not editable, either as Admin or end user. Any thoughts on how I can get that working? The images a client uploads DO show in their ad but they can’t add/remove.

    My bundled subscription renews tomorrow. Thanks for the GREAT plugin and AMAZING support! 😉

    Hi,
    1. hmm i am not sure, do you have maybe some other WP plugin installed, related to permalinks? If so then you can try disabling it and see if it helps.

    Anyway, the page you linked to is a “virtual” page, that is the real page is this one https://cdaonline.org/my-account/ the ‘edit-account’ works because the WooCommerce is using the WordPress router to create.

    It might be best to ask their support about it, maybe they already had a similar issue before.

    2. can you paste a link to the page where you are having this problem? Most likely there is some JavaScript issue (either from WPAdverts or some other plugin) but it is hard to tell how to resolve it without looking at the live website.
