    I had previously replied to two people having seemingly the same issue as I am having, but my replies were deleted by @tobifjellner.

    I was able to SOMEWHAT fix it (working again on desktop), but it’s still broken on mobile it seems.

    I was able to get the desktop view working again by changing all of my non-working options to something different, then changing them back. For instance, I turned off clickable thumbnails then turned them back on, and the links are working again.

    However, the problem persists on mobile. Tapping on the gallery pic just opens it up in lightbox and ignores the fact that it’s set to all be clickable. What is going on here?

    I had forgotten I ever reached out for support at robogallery, because NONE of my support tickets were ever responded to.

    My ticket IDs in newest to oldest are 3481 (newest one that I had submitted about this issue to them), 2674, 2584, and 2582 (as far back as August 4th, 2019, and I’ve yet to EVER receive a response.`

    Could you please tell me which exactly mobile devices did you use for testing ?

    Which wordpress version do you have ?

    Pixel 5 with Chrome
    Pixel 4a with Chrome
    OnePlus 7 Pro with Chrome
    iPhone XS Max with Safari
    iPhone 12 with Safari

    The only way I’ve gotten it to work on mobile is to press and hold on one of the images until it gets the touch-and-hold context menu and shows the appropriate hover effect, then, tap away from the context menu and tap back on the now-hovered image.

    Simply tapping on the image still just brings up a lightbox of the photo.

    @robosoft Are you going to reply? Or are you going to go silent like you did on your own support page? You only responded to my support request (with the same question here) after started a support request here. I’ve responded to your question in both places and have received ZERO response since for over two days. Why won’t you respond?

    When You do update of the gallery it was from gallery version 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 or you didn’t update gallery for a while before this last update ?

    Do you know which PHP version do you have on server ?

    We do some final tests and today we’ll publish gallery with few fixes related with links options. It’s not a global problem, but it’s for some cases where gallery update to version 3.0.3 had some conflicts and as result some settings was switched to the incorrect values.

    It’s not mean that some of the functions stop working. Looks like option: Clickable thumbnail in gallery hover options in some cases just switched to the incorrect values, that’s it.

    Also we’ll add few additional fixes, namely some additional updates related with with mobile gallery functionality.

    Right now we have fix for the current gallery version and it’s gonna be published today.

    Today we’ll have release of the gallery version 3.0.4 with set of fixes. This issues will be fixed there.

    We have modify links module in gallery. We have simplify some elements of the links logic. It’s should help to avoid any conflicts and mismatches with the link functionality in latest gallery version.

    Thank you for the update. However, this did not fix the problem at all. When tapping on an image in the gallery in mobile, it STILL is just loading the image in a lightbox. I’ve changed settings and changed them back to how they were when they were working, cleared all cache (on website and on browser, and opened an incognito window), and the problem persists.

    Additionally, a problem I have noticed on mobile is that none of the galleries are loading until you tap on a sub-gallery. the “all” it defaults to that doesn’t work now (that used to), only shows items when you’ve clicked to a sub-gallery and clicked back on “all”.
