If you mean Featured Gallery Thumbnails – try Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
If it does not helps (or I understood wrong), post a link to your website and more detailed explanation.

I changed theme now, so you would not see the Hueman theme now. But this theme has same issue. It is not thumbnail plugin. I have used WP gallery which is already included in WP.

Yes, and you made “my life easier” by having plugin that disables “right click” 🙂 but no problem, JS can be disabled.
Examining your website (from Firefox 30):
-you are using native WP [gallery] shortcode (theme Mantra, as I see)
-for first item (image “Conception”) I see in source caption (CSS – .gallery-caption) and it behaves properly, on mouse over string “Conception 2” appears
-from Chrome 30… – also
So I still don’t understand what captions are not working?
PLS clarify on some of details from your website – which image, what caption etc…?
Also – browser U are using?

First of all, I appreciate you for your kind answer, Mike.
Yes, the caption appears when mouse over the image. But what I wanted is that caption is displayed under the image. It worked on previous theme.
When I accessed my web site with mobile device, it is hard to click the image because of hoverring function.
My main browser is Firefox and use other browsers too for testing. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, and mobile device. They are all recent version.

It has nothing to do with theme – it is WP core issue http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Gallery_Shortcode.
Never needed this functionality (used plugins for galleries) so didn’t noticed – seems like it behaves different in latest versions of WP – before – caption was placed below, now it’s on hover.
So, forget my questions about browsers etc – I have to take a closer look and it takes some time, but I’ll remain in this thread, PLS be patient.
Also – if somebody else has suggestions – PLS join…

Additionally – PLS confirm you use only WP native [gallery] shortcode (as you wrote) – no additional plugins for galleries and similar (I can analyze page source, but pls spare some of my time)
