Right now we have not planned to add any new features for this plugin, since our current priorities are with other things. Sorry.

Why did you remove the Gallery carousel in version 1.2? When using it in a classic block it worked perfectly.
And pointing us to a WP Plugin that has only been tested up to WP version 4.9.10 does not make sense.
It did not work anymore with the new Gallery block and would have needed a complete rewrite. We received a lot of complaints and support requests and it is not really in our interest to deliver a half-baked product.
We basically had to options:
1) Remove the feature
2) Rewrite the feature
Since there are dozens of plugin alternatives for Image Lightbox and Gallery Sliders and the feature is more a gimmick, not our Core competence, we went with option 1. Sorry.
