I added the code to get the voting on each image and its cascaded on angles. How do I correct this?

That is simply HTML doing what HTML does. You can completely change the look and positioning of the voting by changing where in the gallery.php template you place the voting form tag. You can even go a step further, and change the styling of the voting by using the classes provided in the voting form markup.

I personally like to position the voting form directly after the .ngg-gallery-thumbnail-box div closes. See an example here: http://pastebin.com/yTXARvVb
