An interesting case indeed
What I can advise you at the moment is: delete this gallery and add it again (After deleting it, save the post) then add a new gallery.
My second question is:
If you make a new post and add a gallery, will there be this problem?

Yes, something is wrong 🙁
1. I deleted the new gallery, save the page, then add new one and it is blank:

then after saving it becomes as i wrote without id:

2. I added a new page. And after saving there was an empty gallery with id:

then i add a new gallery and all was the same

Hi,
We did tests with older versions of our plugin and we have no problem in this regard.
Maybe you have a conflict with some plugin / other types of gallery /
You can check the logs of your installation and see if you have a problem with a plugin/theme
