Hi, i am logged in as administrator, but i can no longer see the Foogallery submenu for the actual gallery in the Admin, back end dashboard. However the foogallery itself is still loading on the website. This is the same if i login as an editor. The main Foogallery menu Icon is present, and it expands okay to show submenu such as activation, settings, features, help, sys info, add-ons, upgrade. but there is no ‘gallery’ item

Problem is obviously i cannot add to or delete any photos. I have tried to delete the plugin and reinstall, and have tried deleting the plugin files folder, and then reinstalling. I also tried deleting caches, etc. I cannot add a new gallery either from the page, even as the administrator. If you try it says ‘you are not allowed to edit this item’ – you need a higher level of permission

    Hi @atopman

By default, the administrator has the permission needed to use all of the FooGallery features without any restrictions. As a first troubleshooting step, kindly login to your WordPress admin and navigate to FooGallery -> Settings -> General and on the “Admin” setting, ensure that the “Gallery Creator Role” has been set to Administrator. Thanks.

    Regards,
    Elvis.
