    Hi @phoenixone

We have found the issue which is causing the problem:

You gallery item “AC / MC Teck ConnectorSPECteck Steel Watertight,Made in the USA” has some bad HTML in the caption. Your caption is

FMC AC MC Saddle Connector<BR>Industrial Grade, Steel Made in USA<B>RDouble Saddle

    But should rather be:

FMC AC MC Saddle Connector<BR>Industrial Grade, Steel Made in USA<BR>Double Saddle

As you can see there is a <B> tag and not a <BR> tag. As small as this seems, but this is causing the problem.

Please can you change the caption for that attachment to see if it fixes the problem.

We are also going to build in extra checks in the code so that these types of issues do not cause the whole gallery to break in future.

Sorry to say, this did NOT fix the problem. I also started a support ticket with NO response. I would greatly appreciate assistance as I need to get this resolved.
Since I am a premium user I would also request a refund if this cannot be resolved.

    Thank you
