    I just tested the functionality of the plugin in my installation and it works correctly.

    I recommend you perform the following tests to see if there may be any conflicts with your theme/plugins:

    • Switch to a default WordPress theme like 2023.
    • Leave only WooCommerce assets and our plugin.
    • Activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that generates the conflict.

    If you don’t want to run these tests on your live site, you can easily create a test site with the free WP Staging plugin.

    Hello Juan,

    Switching to the default theme doesn’t fix the issue.
    The conflict seems to be with WooCommerce Product Add-ons.
    As soon as I enable it, the gallery breaks.

    Unfortunately, our plugin does not have integration with that plugin, so you can check with their support if there is any possibility to remove the file/code that generates the conflict with ours.
