I’m having a look at the page you’ve shared with us and on inspecting it, I did realize that the FooGallery scripts are not being loaded, and this explains why the gallery is not appearing.
Kindly go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins and confirm if FooGallery is installed and activated and update me on your findings. Thanks.

I can now confirm that the FooGallery scripts are being loaded and the FooGallery gallery is also being loaded as a result.
You can disable lazy loading to prevent this from happening again, or if the plugin you are suing for lazy loading has an exclusion option, you can exclude the following links, which should prevent this from occurring if you enable lazy loading:
