    Are you getting this error on the front end of your site? Are you using the shortcode or viewing the gallery by going to a gallery page? You could check to see if you have the file ‘single-maxgallery.php’ in your theme’s folder in wp-contents-themes. A copy of ‘single-maxgallery.php’ can be found in the plugins/maxgalleria folder. Also, if you can send me admin access to your site to [email protected], I can look at the problem.

    when i try view from the edit page it goes to a page not found screen , the shortcake seems to be in place. (I am a newbie with code etc and not at all familiar with where things are re
    finding wp contents theme folder.
    i have sent through my admin access details for you to kindly take a peep at what may be causing this error.

    I went to Settings->Permalinks and clicked the ‘Save Changes’ button. This action will update the permalinks which needed to be done after maxgalleria added its template file to the theme. Now the gallery pages can be viewed.
