I’ve placed two galleries (created in different versions) on the same page, and now the grid alignment looks broken, spacing is inconsistent and rows overlap in some screen sizes. Are there known compatibility issues when mixing galleries from version 3 and version 5 on one page?

    Thanks for your question.

There are no fundamental compatibility issues when using version 3 and version 5 galleries on the same page, but layout problems like broken alignment, inconsistent spacing, or overlapping rows can happen due to a few factors:

    – Theme or Plugin Conflict

Try enabling the Compatibility Settings in the gallery options this can help prevent CSS or script conflicts that affect grid alignment.

    – Container Size & Layout Mode

The size of the website block where the gallery is placed can influence how it renders. Switch between fixed width (in pixels) and responsive mode (percentage width) in the gallery settings to see which works better for your layout.

    – Loading Delay

In the Compatibility tab, try setting a small load delay (in milliseconds). This ensures the gallery calculates its layout only after all elements are fully loaded, reducing the chance of overlap.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket through our support system with a link to the affected page — we’ll be happy to check your setup and suggest the best fix.
