On certain lightbox themes, the image opens very small, even though I have the Image Size set to Default. I’ve tried changing to large, extra large, original, etc., but the lightbox size does not change. The only themes it works properly with are Base and Classical. It does not work with Legacy. Please help.

    Hi @emilywestrup,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Could you share a link to the page where the gallery is displayed? That will help us take a closer look at why the image is appearing small in the lightbox.

    Thanks!

It’s on every gallery/lightbox/page on my site, but this one is published. However, it does appear correctly on my husband’s laptop, so not sure why it doesn’t work on mine…

    Hi @emilywestrup,

Thanks for sharing the link, that’s been really helpful! I was able to reproduce what you’re seeing.

The issue appears to be specific to high-resolution (Retina) displays, where the lightbox is currently rendering the image at half size. Your husband’s laptop likely has a standard display, which is why it looks correct there. We’ve flagged this with our developer team to address in a future release.

As a possible workaround in the meantime, you could try setting Image Size to “Original” (or “Full”) on the affected gallery’s Lightbox tab and see if that helps.

I also noticed in your other thread that you mentioned you’re a Pro user, so to further investigate the issue or look into the workaround together, please feel welcome to reach out to us directly at https://enviragallery.com/account/support/ where our team can take a closer look.

    Thank you!

Changing the image size to Original does not change anything unfortunately. I also don’t have a high resolution monitor: 1920 x 1080. My husband’s resolution is 2560 x 1600.
