Gallery Limit?

Is there a set limit to the number of galleries that can be created/used?
I can not create a 10th gallery that actually functions.When i attempt to populate the 10th gallery, no photos can be selected, and with every click an additional image is added to the 9th gallery for some reason.
Any help?
