Gallery No Longer Inserted

    Not sure what happened as I haven’t changed any Postie settings in a while, just WordPress Update Installs, but I’ve noticed my emailed posts via postie are no longer inserting images as a Gallery in a post. They’re now inserted as individual full-size images.

    Here’s my current settings:

    Postie v1.9.55
    Wordpress v5.7.1

    Any suggestions? If you need any debug info, please let me know.

    Seems odd that it would change like that.

    Please install the support AddOn https://postieplugin.com/downloads/support-addon/ and follow the directions on that page to send me some detailed logs.

    @nolatron79 I am curious, how are (were?) you getting WP to make a gallery from multiple images?

    @nolatron79 there are a couple options.

    You can put a [gallery] shortcode in your email.

    Or you can set the “Automatically insert image gallery” setting to “yes”

    If you’re using a gallery plugin that doesn’t use the [gallery] shortcode then it likely won’t work they way you expect, as Postie don’t know anything about your plugin.
