If you’re experiencing issues with Modula galleries while using WP Rocket, try the following steps:
Go to your WordPress dashboard > Settings >WP Rocket. In the WP Rocket settings menu click on “Media”. Find the “Lazyload” section within the Media settings.
In the “Excluded images or iframes” field, paste the following code:
.modula-gallery .modula-items .modula-item img > Save your changes.
Make sure to clear your site and browser cache after making the changes.

First of all, thank you for your assist.
I just followed your steps and still getting blank sections. When I clicked on the blank space, the lite-box effect for the image is working. ie, getting image popup on click.
I think the image is still in the area but some how its hidden.
Also, when I checked this site on other countries using vpn, some locations (New Yoark, Los Angeles), I get the full gallery like I showed on the screenshots. But most of the other location shows the way that I have issue right now.
Do you have any suggestions?

It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate Modula and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
