Gallery not consistent on second row

    Hello,

    When placing graphics in NextGEN Gallery, the first row of 4 looks great on my Graphic Design webpage. The second row has one graphic, then breaks up the next 3 on a different row. I’m using a MacBook Pro and it my son’s PC laptop shows it the same way. Please help.

    I received an email leading me to a feed that doesn’t help me. Can someone look into my issue please? Thanks.

    I found the issue to my problem with some help from my friend. It’s disappointing that there isn’t good response from tech support that will help. These are the steps I took to help my issue:

    – Click on GALLERY SETTINGS
    – Drop down menu: NextGEN Basic ImageBrowser
    – Select Template: NextGEN Legacy: Imagebrowser.php
    – Click on save.

    Hopefully this will help someone with the same issue.

    @elclarkc – I would surmise you have set the number of columns you want to use for the basic thumbnails display type. This only really works well when you are using a static width display.
