Gallery not loading

    I am having the same problem dozens of other people are having. I installed Envira but when you go to my gallery page ( http://www.ashleyseniors.com/portfolio-2/ ) but the images only show when you hover over them. I thought upgrading to the bronze version would fix it or at least give me more options so that the hover didnt happen but looks like I wasted my money 🙁

    I have deactivated plugins and tried to get it to work with no problem and followed the debugging too.

    Hi @rustic 🙂

    I’m happy to help, if you have a Bronze license, you can contact support directly.

    However I’ve looked at the page link and you have a js error(s) coming from your Falco theme

    Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tabs is not a function

    That js error is preventing Envira’s js to fade in the image after the page is loaded. Once you resolve the theme js error – you will see your gallery load as expected 🙂

    You would need to contact the theme author for support as the error is coming from scripts inside the theme.

    Please let me know if I can help with anything else 🙂

    I paid someone $30 to fix that code error you told me about and the gallery STILL DOESNT WORK.

    Hi 🙂

    The only gallery I see now on http://www.ashleyseniors.com/portfolio-2/ is a NextGen gallery.

    Can you give me a link to an Envira gallery so I can investigate this for you?
