Could you, please, clarify in what exactly mobile device have you checked and the browser version.

Sorry, I have actually switched to a different plugin; a large % of my audience are mobile users, so I couldn’t wait any longer.

However I am really concerned about the reliability, it’s really important that my website visitors can access my gallery at all times.

Thank you for your test page, but we couldn’t check it without access.
Most likely there is a conflict with your other plugins or your theme.
(Perhaps, you deactivated or uninstalled one of your plugin and that’s why the gallery loaded fine).
