Hi there,
This sounds like a plugin conflict!
Can you disable any other plugins temporary and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi there @liserez,
have you checked if this is actually a plugin conflict?
Can you send me a URL so I can see how this behaving?
I’m having the same issue– I have related it to the WP Rocket plugin for performance. Any suggestions? I really would like to use WP Rocket if possible.

Hi there @thedesignbot.
Does this happen when you disable WP Rocket? Can you send me a URL so I can check whats going on?
Same issue …

Disabling WP Rocket (or logging in, since logged in users’ content won’t get cached) fixes it. Disabling WP Rocket isnt an option for us either unfortunately.

Hi there Mario,
Can you change the thumbnail size you are using to a larger one https://prnt.sc/o0mefy clear your cache( from wp rocket) and let me know if this helps?
@markwaregr thanks for your input!
I tried it both with thumbnail and medium. Also, of course I kept clearing the WP Rocket cache 😉 also disabled the CSS and JS Cache params (minification, render blocking optimization, concatenation, etc.) one by one, but even with all of them disabled, the problem persists. Only disabling WP Rocket altogether makes this work again.

Hi there @r8r,
Its weird, can you try using the Full image option for your thumbnails as shown here https://prnt.sc/o0mefy
Now I see all images 150x150px which means you are using thumbnails which are cropped and square.
Remember that having all images squared means that you will not see any justified gallery. You will need to have some difference in height and width for you images.
Please make this change, clear any CDN (Cloudflare) or image CDN, WP Rocket caches and let me know so I can check it out?
Thank you and I am sorry for so many tests, but I think we can work this out eventually.
@markwaregr thumbnail or scaled really is both fine, they just shouldn’t be distorted … i didn’t change anything at all – but WP-Rocket released a new version … https://wp-rocket.me/changelog/ – i can’t really see anything that points to a solution in the changelog, but it’s really the only modification that happened to the system since earlier this week. @thedesignbot can you verify whether this WP-Rocket update fixed anything gfor you?
Thanks, Mario
