Gallery Pro not working anymore!!

it is just display the short code instead of the gallery. Also after trying to go on your website, I just realize that your website is down error 500. Am I wrong or your plugin is supposed to work in stand alone state… or is it a pure coincidence, since your website AND your plugin are down at the same time ?
Going to the Gallery Pro panel, none options appears to manage the several albums I created. Thanks to bring up a solution, urgently.

I have deactivated all plugins and there isn’t a conflict. Nothing has changed on the website, no updates and now it is not working. I have tried adding [raw]around the shortcode[/raw] but that doesn’t resolve it and your website is off-line for support. The ‘Add Album’ link in the menu has gone and the gallery bank dashboard just shows the licensing info – I can’t see any albums or make any of the tabs go anywhere else.

The address here http://tech-banker.com/forums/forum/gallery-bank-support/ goes to an internal error page.

Please advise – my client is not happy.
