    Hi @pmcaron

Just to confirm, are you referring to the count listed in the “Media” column as shown in this linked image: https://prnt.sc/IfR4WSYJzc4Y or even this one on the Albums feature: https://prnt.sc/36S3xgySUL0t

If you are referring to any of those two, they do display the number of media content/items or galleries in a gallery or album respectively and should usually be correct. If the count is not correct on your site, you can share a few screenshots to demonstrate this with a gallery or/and album with a few images.

    Thanks

    Regards,
    Elvis

Hello, no I’m referring to more columns, but I’m most interested in the shortcode one !
Sorry my website is in french.
Hopefully you can see the image hereunder.
The short code column has the same value for each gallery.

    Hi @pmcaron

Just so that we’re on the same page, please take a screenshot of the area in question and share it with me here. You can use this free screenshot tool in case you are having any issues taking or sharing screenshots.

    Thanks

    hi @pmcaron

I understand what your problem is based off the screenshot, so thank you. FooGallery uses the built-in WP custom post types system for storing galleries, and I cannot reproduce the problem on my side, so I guess there is a plugin conflict causing the problem for you.

If you have a staging site, then to determine which plugin is causing the conflict, I recommend that you deactivate 1 plugin at a time on a new tab, and keep the galleries listing on a tab open and refresh after each deactivation. If the gallery list works as expected, then the last plugin you deactivated is the culprit. When you find it, hopefully you can leave it deactivated, or get in tough with their support to help you.
