Gallery Slideshow not working

    When I click on slideshow after opening one of my galleries it says data is being transferred then nothing happens.I am using the following products: NextGen Gallery version 3.1.6, NextGEN Pro version 2.6.7, Photocrati Pro version 5.0.6 and WordPress 5.0.3.
