Presently, we have not detected any visual errors on your website on the pages, where galleries are displayed by our plugin. Could it be that you have fixed them yourself, by making the changes to our plugin’s template files?
In case you still have visual errors, they might be related to your theme. Our services are not applied to the layout styling of custom WordPress themes. All standard WordPress themes support our plugins. If you’ll install a standard theme (2014 or 2013), then everything will be displayed correctly. We are not responsible for differences between custom and standard themes. We understand that not every user can edit styles and add necessary changes to the plugin template manually, and that is why we are offering our service in order to help you and adjust plugin for your current WordPress theme. If you have programming skills, then you will cope with this modification easily.
However, we have noticed that 2 lightboxes are displayed on your website. First, there is your custom lightbox, and then there is our plugin’s lightbox. The first one may be a lightbox of your theme or one of the plugins that are installed on your website. To check it:
1. Please activate a standard WP theme (2013 or 2014) and check the plugin’s work.
2. Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except our Gallery, and activate them one-by-one, meanwhile checking Gallery work to see, which plugin it may conflict with.
