Gallery Thumbnails Page Position

    In my posts, I would like the gallery thumbnails to appear to the right of the featured image. Is this possible? My site is:

    You can choose to not have the featured image display by default (that’s a theme option), but floating the gallery to the right of the image would take some custom css.
