Gallery TYPE Setting Missing

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have two websites – Gallery works perfect in old website http://www.FKAncestry.com but not in the new website www.http://kerryscenicplatform.com/

    Can u help

    I cannot get the gallery to work? No side arrows to move from one image to another. All images are stand alone and u have to click into each image separately to view? On the old site I can toggle between images with the arrows at the sides ? Thanks

    I deleted Jetpack & installed/activated it again – no good. Also looked at the forums but nothing there works for me …

    Type selection options missing from TYPE drop down list – Tiled Mosaic . Square Tiles. Circles. Tiles Columns. Slide show.

    Hi there,

    This is usually caused by a conflicting plugin such as a page builder or a slider plugin. Please disable all your site’s plugin except for Jetpack and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then enable the plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.

    One Plugin that i have in the new website is Smart Slider.
    As the old website works well – I will start with that.

    By the way – any where to check a list of recognised plugin conflict recorded –

    Thansk again Fotis. I went about it a little bit differently.
    I have two sites on the same host – both on WP classic & same Vantage theme-
    http://www.fkancestry.com is the older
    http://www.kerryscenicplatform.com is new.

    I have set it so that both sites have the exact same plugin installed and active.

    I tested the Gallery widget on new install rows with images –
    The problem still prevails unfortunately with the Gallery widget.
    Type selection options missing from TYPE drop down list –

    Sorted Fotis. Not a plugin conflict issue.

    Fantastic solution by Site-Origin – Appreciated Guys –
    If you are using Jetpack Blocks, this feature will be available to use as soon as you connect your site to Jetpack.

    In order to activate the Tiled Gallery option with Classic editor, Jetpack’s Image CDN must also be activated. To do that, go to Jetpack → Settings → Performance and activate Speed up image load times.

    Works like a dream. I have the drop down options now on Gallery. GREAT !!
