Gallery use

Hello

I’ve been looking at the galleries over on http://ma.tt/category/gallery/ and im really digging the url structure.

Thing is whenever i make a gallery i get the option to link thumbnails to the images giving me a url of:

http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/123.jpg

or the attachement which gives me a url of:
http://localhost/gallery/test/attachment/123/

Of the two attachment is better for me, but i dont want to “/attachment/” bit in there.

Now Matt seems to be getting urls like
http://ma.tt/2009/01/exploring-stowe-vermont/mcm_5335-2/

How?
