    Hi there,
first: thanks for a great, great plugin. It‘s just what I always searched for. So I bought the pro version. 🙂
Second: the one thing I miss is a widget, in which I can display the last uploaded photo or a slideshow of the last x uploaded photos. Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot + greets from Munich
    Tom

First let me know what you found at UPG that others are not offering so that others will also know it’s uniqueness ?☺️

you can use shortcode at place at sidebar.

    For example use “slide” layout.

    [upg-list layout=”slide” perrow=”1″ perpage=”3″]

Similarly use ordeby parameter for latest picture.

Do note of inverted commas while you copy paste at widget area.

At first I tried to integrate the shortcode in an html widget which didn‘t work. But with a text widget it worked. So thanks a lot!
Is there a documentation about possible parameters for slie-param? I‘m looking for deleting the dots, adjusting the slider size and sort of that for finetuning.

    So – why UPG?
Well: I was looking for a photo gallery where everyone can participate, features like Instagram or Facebook, but owned (!!!) + designed by me. That’s the reason why I do this with a wordpress blog. In WordPress I use NextGen Gallery for my own photos. Sadly I didn’t find a suitable way to make a gallery open for everyone to upload photos – and that‘s what UPG is all about. Perfect! 🙂

Well, for slide layout check this URL look carefully into shortcode used.

Thanks for your reply. What about a parameter to adjust the size of the images in the slider? I‘m looking for a slider with 1 image which has a width of 100%.

Thumbnail size is fixed sir, you have to override with css style using theme editor.
