Gallery Widget with Slider
-
thanks a lot for your great plugin. Referring to thread “Slider Presentation” (~ 4 weeks ago) and being aware of the reason why your slider sometimes displays unwanted fractional parts of hidden images I have no idea how to deal with this issue when using your special gallery widget container. Any idea?
OTOH, why not turn this “split image” into a feature, i.e. a configuration option for the slider showing one image centered and surrounded by parts of two others?
Regards,
Henning

Hello,
This phenomenon occurs when the container containing the slider (wrap div) is not an integer width (example: 100px, 200px, 700px, 1200px, … ), but a width as a percentage of something unknown. That is, you need to play with the container so that its width does not have a fractional value.Hi, you already described this phenomenon in previously mentioned thread. What if the container is your widget? I have no idea how to configure your widget to have an integer width in all circumstances.
@heb51 Try 2.2.2
done update and it looks great even after resizing. Thanks a lot; I really appreciate your work. Would definitely switch to Pro if … well, regarding my feature/presales request it’s a BIG pitty that dynamic MLA gallery shortcode isn’t supported (yet?). Tags & filters won’t help as we have custom hierarchical taxonomies and interactive query form.
Thanks,
Henning@heb51
unfortunately, I cannot process (do not want) shortcodes of other plugins, without partner agreements with their developers, because this can lead to software conflicts at any time. But I will probably expand the support for their tags and categories.
